Shipping Policy
 Shipping/Handling Policy: CURRENTLY, WE ONLY SHIP ORDERS WITHIN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. www.ethnicart.biz will guarantee the shipment of 'in stock items' provided your order has passed our Credit or Accounting authorization processes. Our shipping & handling cost are calculated at approximately 6% for orders that total $60 or more. All items under $60 have a fixed shipping & handling cost of $4. (NOTE: Limited Editions are subject to prior sale and cannot be guaranteed to be "In Stock" at the time you place your order. We cannot be responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather, system failures, or other causes outside of our control.) Normally, In-stock items will be shipped within 5-7 working days. If the item you order is back-ordered, you will be contacted with an expected ship date that meets with your approval. Back-ordered items usually ship within 15 working days. If additional information is needed to expedite your order, a representative from our company will contact you. |
