
Return Policy: Invitations by Carolyn is an authorized retailer for all
art and collectible lines offered for sale.
All merchandise shipped by Invitations by Carolyn is tracked either by
item number, serial number, edition number, ultra-violet markings, or
china pen markings. All claims must be made prior to the removal of any
markings. Any claims made against merchandise that does not bear the
same numbers or marking will be refused.
Claim Policy: All claims either for broken, defective or returned
merchandise must be made within 10 days of receipt. Broken or Damaged
Merchandise. It is the buyer's responsibility to call the local shipper
or USPS office. All original packing materials must be kept even if
there is no apparent damage to the shipping carton. Limited editions
will be replaced if possible. If no replacement is available, a credit
or refund will be issued to the buyer.
Defective or Returned Merchandise: The item may be returned to the
location from which it was shipped. All returns must be insured.
Defective items will be replaced if available and return shipping
charges will be credited to your account. For returned merchandise, your
account will be credited for merchandise only.
No Replacement or Credit Will Be Given Under The Following Conditions:
The request is made after 10 days from the receipt date.
The item is returned without an outer carton.
The item is returned without the original box and all paperwork.
The item or box has been marked by writing or improper handling.
For UPS damaged merchandise, you have not kept the original shipping
carton for the UPS inspector. |
